Travel Itinerary

Day: 1] - Arrival Mumbai

Assistance on arrival at the airport, customs procedures, baggage collection and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day: 2| - Mumbai

Breakfast. Morning visit Elephanta cave with the boat ride (Shared basis). Afternoon visit of the city of Mumbai, before the so-called Bombay; The most populous city in India and an incredible mix of cultures. Visit at the Gateway of India. Take a walk on the famous Marine Drive, known as the Queen's necklace since its lights can be likened to a necklace. Visit to the Victoria Terminal and the Municipal Corporation Building. Also visit the Hanging Gardens, Kamala Nehru Park, Mani Bhavan. Overnight at hotel.

Day : 3| - Mumbai - Aurangabad (By Flight)us and secular life through 08th centuries. Overnight in hotel.

Morning transfer to airport to board the flight. On arrival, Check-in at hotel.

Later Full day excursion tour of Ajanta Caves. Ajanta Caves are 110 kms from Aurangabad and date back to the second century BC. The 30 rock hewn caves are adorned with Buddhist sculpture and the frescoes portray in epic form the religious and secular life through 08th centuries. Overnight in hotel.

Day: 4 | - Aurangabad - Ellora Caves - Aurangabad

Breakfast and Full day tour of Ellora Caves. Ellora Caves (30 kms) encompasses 34 rock cut shrines representing Buddhist, Hindu & Jain art dating from the forth to ninth century A.D. Most remarkable among them is the Kailash Temple, meant to be a replica of Lord Shivas celestial abode - Kailash is the best example of Rock cut architecture and an engineering marvel. Also visiting Daulatabad, earlier known as Devgiri, is situated at a distance of 13 kilometers from Aurangabad. Also termed as the city of fortune, it houses a stupendous twelfth century fortress well placed atop a charming hill. This invincible fortress boasts of a 5 kilometers sturdy wall and an intricate series of ramparts. Overnight at hotel.

Day: 5| - Aurangabad - Sholapur (310 Kms / 06 Hrs)

Breakfast and drive to Sholapur. On arrival check-in at hotel, evening free for leisure and enjoy the nature and local city. Overnight at hotel.

Day: 6 - Sholapur - Bijapur (100 Kms / 02 Hrs)

Breakfast drive towards Bijapur. Check-in at hotel on arrival in Hotel.

Afternoon visiting Golgumbaz, the largest unsupported dome in the world and second largest dome in the world. Whispering gallery is a wonder where a tick of watch can be heard from opposite side of the dome over 200 feet away, Ibrahim Roza Great architecture, not to be missed, seeing the chains made of stone. Overnight at hotel.

Day: 7| - Bijapur - Badami (230 Kms / 04 Hrs)

Breakfast drive from Bijapur to Badami. On arrival check-in at hotel. Afternoon free for leisure. Overnight in hotel.

Day : 8 | - Badami - Aihole - Pattadakal - Badami

Breakfast and visit the picturesque town of Badami is renowned for its cave temples. Scooped out of a red sandstone rock on the cliff of a hill, the four cave temples of Badami are must see, out of the four temples, three are Brahmanical temples (Dedicated to Vishnu and one to Shiva) and one is a Jain cave temple of the 7th century. Pattadakal was the second capital of the Chalukya dynasty after Aihole, today UNESCO World Heritage Site for its ancient temple complex. A treasure-trove of temples (The Chalukyan architecture) epitomizing the zenith. Overnight in hotel.

Day: 9 | - Badami - Hospet (130 Kms / 03 Hrs)

After breakfast drive to Hospet. Check-in at hotel Krishna Palace. Afternoon free. Overnight at hotel.

Day: 10 | - Hospet - Hampi - Hospet

Breakfast excursion to Hampi was the capital of Vijayanagar (14th century Empire). The ruins of the empire are spread over the area of 26 sq km. Visits Virupaksha Temple, Hampi Bazaar, Monolith Bull, Lakshmi Narasimha temple, Hemakuta Hill temples, Big Shivlinga, Vithala Temple (the famous Stone Chariot is located here), Hazara Rama Temple, Royal Enclosures, Queen's Bath, Zanana Enclosure (houses the Lotus Mahal), Elephant Stables, Achyut Raya temple, Statue of Ugra Narsimha, Virupaksha Temple, Mahanavmi Dibba, the Stepped Bath and the Matanga Hill (from where we can see the most beautiful sun set ever). Overnight at hotel.
