Afternoon visit St. Francis' Church, built in the year 1503 by Portuguese Franciscan Friars & known to be the oldest European church in India. Vasco da Gama's remains were buried here in 1524 and visit Dutch Palace, originally built by the Portuguese. Then visit Jewish synagogue in Fort Cochin, it is magnificently decorated by Chinese tiles and Belgian chandeliers. Later visit Chinese fishing nets, (Cheenavala) are distinctly unique to Cochin. Breakfast and drive to Alleppey (or Alappuzha) famous backwater region in Kerala, up on arrival board the houseboat, locally called Kettuvallam, and cruise around cruise around beautiful Vembanad lake, The lake is an excellent family-picnic destination too. While stay in the house boat hotel meals will be served to you, after 5.30 pm the houseboat will be anchored and stay overnight in House boat.
Breakfast and drive to Periyar (or Thekkady) the popular wild life region in Kerala set on an attractive lakeside, it is South India’s most popular Wildlife Sanctuary. Periyar is a place to cruise on the lake & gives an opportunity to see wildlife. It is home to tigers, leopards, elephants, bison, antelopes, sambhar, wild boar, monkey, a wide variety of birds, up on arrival check in to the hotel after small refreshment you have options to enjoy the activities such as Boat Ride at Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary and Spice Plantation tour (on direct payment). Breakfast and drive to Munnar the most famous hill station in Kerala. On arrival check in at hotel and rest of the day at leisure you can spend your time by walking besides the lush green tea plantations which catches the eye appeal for anyone who visit Munnar. Overnight at Hotel.
Breakfast and you can enjoy the sightseeing of Munnar visit famous Eravikulam National park where you can see a rare species Mountain goats (Nilgiri tahr), later drive to Mattupetty Dam which is consider as the beautiful dam in Munnar where you have the option to enjoy the boating on the dam water, also you can visit the Tea museum where you can learn the history of Tea and its cultivation and processing. Breakfast and drive to Ooty, also known as the queen of hill stations. Ooty is loved for its salubrious climate and scenic beauty. On arrival check in and overnight at hotel.
Breakfast and proceed to visit famous government botanical garden, where you can see several rare species of trees such as the cork tree (the only one of its kind in India), the paper bark tree and the monkey puzzle tree, so named because monkeys cannot climb it! Then you can visit the famous Rose garden which was set up in 1955 to commemorate the 100th flower show of the botanical garden, it has the largest collection of roses in the country of over 2500 Varieties, later drive to Ooty Lake. A wide range of boats are available at the boat house to suit varied tastes and budgets. A mini garden with an amusement park for children and a toy train are added attractions here. Breakfast and driver to Mysore and visit Mysore place, the palace of Mysore is a historical palace in the city of Mysore Which is built in Indo Saracenic style with domes, turrets, arches and Colonnades, the palace is a treasure house of an exquisite carvings and works of an art from all over the world. Breakfast and driver to Hassan where you can explore the major ruins of Hoysala Kingdom, here we can see to monuments exists at Belur & Halebid, up on arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast and driver to Belur visit Chennakesawa temple (built by Hoysala King) this temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu this is UNESCO, later start drive to Halebid you can see a famous monument Hoyasleswara Temple dedicated to Lord shiva, it was amazing to hear the history of the temple, Each sculpture in the temple carved with a theme, later return back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast and driver to Hospet, from 15 Kms we can visit Hampi often called as the 'World's Largest Open-air museum. Up on arrival check in to hotel. Later drove to visit Virupaksha Temple, Elephant stable, Queens bath, Vitala Temple - in Vitala Temple you can see a music hall built in the ancient time, now it was under the control to UNESCO. Overnight at hotel.
