The funding will support the launch of regulated Security Token Offering (STO) exchanges in Indonesia and Egypt, enabling the tokenization of real-world assets such as real estate, carbon credits, equities, bonds, and commodities. EDENA aims to generate first revenues in 2026, scale across ASEAN, MENA, and Africa, and reach more than 30 countries with over US$10 billion in tokenized assets by 2030, positioning itself to capitalize on the rapid growth of real-world asset tokenization.

• Antler has invested US$5.6 million in 14 AI startups as part of its 2025 Disrupt AI portfolio, backing early-stage companies building applied AI solutions for enterprise and industrial use.   Sepanjang 2025 aktivitas investasi ritel di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Platform investasi digital Nanovest pun turut melaporkan pertumbuhan volume transaksi sebesar 95% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, menandakan semakin banyak investor yang memanfaatkan momentum pasar global yang berulang kali mencapai level all-time high (ATH).

  “Tahun 2025 menjadi tonggak penting bagi Nanovest, lonjakan hampir 2x lipat pada volume trading menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak investor Indonesia yang percaya pada potensi pasar global untuk diadopsi di Indonesia. Kami bangga menjadi platform yang memudahkan akses investasi terhadap saham AS, aset kripto, dan emas digital dalam satu aplikasi. Di sisi lain, aset kripto juga menunjukkan performa menonjol; Bitcoin sempat menyentuh ATH di kisaran US$126.000 pada kuartal III-2025 sebelum koreksi kembali ke sekitar US$100.000. Pada pasar komoditas, emas mencapai level US$4.381 per troy ounce pada Oktober 2025.

  Di pasar domestik, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) mencetak rekor 8.616 poin pada 2025, naik sekitar 45% dari titik terendah di April. Kombinasi lonjakan pasar global dan aktivitas lokal ini menjadi faktor pendorong meningkatnya volume transaksi di aplikasi investasi.

  Nanovest menyatakan akan memperkuat program edukasi dan inklusi serta menghadirkan pengalaman investasi yang lebih mudah dan terjangkau, termasuk akses investasi mulai dari Rp5.000, sebagai upaya membantu investor ritel mengambil langkah awal ke pasar global.   Para analis memperingatkan bahwa meskipun tren bullish dapat berlanjut jika kebijakan moneter global longgar dan inovasi teknologi berlanjut, valuasi sejumlah saham AI kini melampaui puncak dot-com, memunculkan kekhawatiran potensi gelembung. Selain itu, utang nasional AS yang besar turut menjadi bahan pertimbangan investor sehingga emas tetap dianggap safe-haven.

  Bryan Oskar, Senior Market Analyst Nanovest, menilai 2025 sebagai tahun penting bagi seluruh kategori aset.

  “2025 bukan sekadar tahun rekor harga, melainkan tahun ketika aset tradisional (emas, saham) dan aset digital (Bitcoin, AI-related equities) berlari beriringan menuju puncak baru. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa diversifikasi modern tak lagi harus memilih salah satu, melainkan menggabungkan keduanya untuk hasil yang lebih optimal,” ungkapnya.
